This blog is dedicated to the 39 people who make up the R-Squad. Since meeting them at training camp they have impacted my life in countless ways and I want you to meet the people I am sharing my life with right now. So without further ado, here is ouR Squad!
TEAM LEADERS
Jordan, Carly, Joni, Michael, Bethany, and Curt. There are the six wonderful people that we’ve chosen to lead the teams this year. We fully believe they are going to lead their teams into
greatness this year and we love and support them 100%. They have six completely
different personalities and giftings, and I’m looking forward to seeing how God
uses them together this year.

TEAM UNITED
Jeannie, Theresa, Shannon, Curt, Lacey, and Clint.
This team is full of spunk, energy, joy and knows how to
laugh…really hard! With a name like United, they will be a team that fights for
each other this year. They support and take care of each other like family and
I’m looking forward to seeing them extend that those same families values to
the people they meet as well this year.
TEAM AGAPE LIFE SONG
Matthew, Heidi, Ashley, Joni, Pan, and Chris.
Agape is a team of quiet strength. They are each full of generosity, boldness and are a hard-working team. There’s a lot of depth here, and I love watching them as they pursue the depths of Christ’s love for each of them and as they seek His presence.
TEAM LIBERATORS
Alecia, Carly, Kathleen, Tamara, Sarah, and Nikki.
This is a dynamite and silly all-girls team who isn’t afraid to go deep and push each other to new levels. They are bold and know that they have a voice and it needs to be heard throughout the world. They are growing in crazy ways as a team and I look forward to watching them support each other as women.
TEAM SHABACH
Tim, Janelle, Tara, Michael, Chelsea, and Leslie.SHABACH means to Proclaim with a loud voice, unashamed, the GLORY, TRIUMPH, POWER, MERCY, LOVE OF GOD, and that’s what this team is about. They long to see the glory of God be flooded throughout the earth. I look forward to seeing how their individual giftings compliment each other as they come together as a team.
TEAM SEGULLAH
Bridget, Carmen, Bethany, Leyna, Jasmin, and Emily.
This is an all-girls powerhouse who longs to see the beauty of God manifested through them. They are prophetic in nature and are not afraid to face the challenges in their lives. I look forward to seeing them challenge each other and comfort each other as they go deeper as a team.
TEAM X-STREAM
Adam, Bonnie, Jordan, Ryan, April, and Marlena.Their journey this year will be full of chance encounters. Only they won’t by chance, they will be situations orchestrated by God where they were just in the right place at the right time. They are silly, love to laugh, and extreme in every sense of the word. I look forward to seeing them ask the Lord what He has for them each day and hearing their crazy stories.
THE McGINNIS’ & TIM DIXON
Joey and Gary McGinnis are our squad coaches. Gary is prophetic and has a heart to see Gods people speak and dead things come alive. Joey is a mother at heart and just loves on all of us as we’re away from our own mothers. They both have incredible wisdom and discernment and care so much about ouR Squad. I am also blessed to lead Tim Dixon, an incredible friend who has the heart of pastor and seeing Gods word revealed in people’s hearts.
ouR SQUAD
This is ouR Squad. They are energetic, powerful, worshippers, compassionate, healers, fun, loved and complete joy. They are burdened by the people around them and are going to bring LIFE to everyone they met this year. I look forward to watching each of them walk in their true identities as sons and daughters this year, as they pour out their hearts to the people that God loves much around the world. I believe in them and could not be more proud of who they are.
