This semester at G42 we have been learning a lot about leadership and vision. Leaders cannot be effective unless they know how to cast vision, and so Dave Hearn has challenged us (and assigned us) to ask God for our vision and write it out. We will also have to present our vision (with multimedia) to the class next week. Our vision projects include our dream/vision, how we got there, other organizations (good and bad) who are already doing what we want to do, and how we plan to execute our vision.
So here is my vision project! It’s long, but it’s my heart.
I’ll also be posting a video version of my vision next week.
