“What are you doing after the World Race?” “What are your plans for the future?” “So. What do you want to do with your life?” “What if I don’t get the money?”

These are all questions that I am catching myself asking, time and time again. And I used to think about the answers, but I could never come up with one. This was solely because I was stuck on the concept of life after this. I was thinking that my real life will start AFTER the World Race and not today. Truth be told, it started the moment that I felt God calling me into full-time ministry, at Life Restored church in San Antonio, Texas, in June 2016.

That day, God begin moving in me and my life in ways that I never thought possible. He reassured me that He is a good and a gracious God. He showed me that He will provide and He has proven to me over and over again that I have no reason to doubt.

One of the ways that He has showed up in a miraculous way is this: The past couple weeks I have been stressing over fundraising and I have been praying for help and guidance. Well  this past weekend at D-now, I got $36 in donations, (which may not seem like a lot, but it meant a lot to me.)  Then when I got to school this week, someone who means a lot to me, whom I look up to, volunteered to help me plan out fundraising events.

I really just need to share what was on my mind. Thank you so much for your support.

Sincerely,

Alyson B.
