Ps.39:4-5 "Show me, O Lord, my life's end and the number of my days; let me know how fleeting is my life. You have made my days a mere handbreadth; the span of my years is as nothing before you. Each man's life is but a breath."…

I wonder, if I was to write a story about my life what I would title it. I would want it to captivate the reader enough to make it seem worth reading yet I wouldn't want it to be deceiving. A story like mine is nothing out of the ordinary. However, there is a reoccuring theme that appears more prominent than any other.
I've believed in Jesus Christ my whole life.
I've followed Jesus for about 6 years.
But only recently have I fallen in love with Jesus, my Lord and Savior.
In my 20 years there have been twists and turns, even villains and heroes, just like any other story. But mine is different because I have hope and a desire to rise above the meaningless stories this world has to offer and find myself living a life that matters, a life that God has invited me into that is shaped by the biblical story.
So eventhough this life is fleeting, I find that it's worth it. The Psalm continues verse 7, "But now, Lord, what do I look for? My hope is in you".
