I found out I was accepted to the World Race 10/14/2011. I can remember ever detail. I was visiting my mother at work and something said check your email, so I did. To my amazement I had an email that said I had been accepted. I was completely excited. To my amazement my mother was just as happy for me as I was for myself. I stood there in her office trying to hold back tears of happiness. I am totally thankful to God for such a great opportunity to go out and truly give the word of God to all the nations. I began to recognize the honor and yet another blessing from God this was. I meant to be a part of something so great, this was way over my head. So as I looked into my mother’s smiling face I said, Thank you lord. Knowing that even thought this wasn’t completely the path that my mother would’ve chosen for me, it was the path that God had chosen for me and there’s no other way than that of the father. I can’t wait to start on this new adventure with God!
