Month 6, we spent about 30 minutes outside of Kathmandu, Nepal. We worked alongside a couple that own a bioponics facility. Evangelism is illegal in Nepal so their goal was to use their business as missions. They used their business to meet the physical needs of the community. Once they meet their physical needs, they could then develop a relationship with them before sharing their faith with them. Our job this month was to help them build a facility that they could use to hold training courses. Classes will be held on topics like being a good steward, living in community and leadership training for pastors. They hope to hold church services in the building as well. We spent our time making straw bales to build the walls of the building with. It was a pleasure to work alongside this business and encourage them as they make an impact for The Kingdom in their community.
We are still $4,900 away from our final financial goal. If you would like to support us so that we can continue on this mission trip all you have to do is click the “support me” button.
