Dear Friends and Family:
I hope that God is doing as many wonderful things in your lives as He has been doing in ours. We want to share with y’all an amazing ministry opportunity that God has laid upon our hearts. We are excited to share that God has called us to go on a mission trip with Adventures in Missions called The World Race. Starting in July of 2014, we will be taking a stretching journey into 11 countries in 11 months to serve “the least of these” while amongst real and raw community. This unique mission trip is a challenging adventure for young adults to abandon their worldly possessions and traditional lifestyles in exchange for an understanding that it’s not about us, it’s about the Kingdom. The countries God will be using us in, include: Albania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, South Africa, Swaziland, Botswana, India, Nepal, Mongolia, and China.
While God has opened up a door for us to develop a greater heart of compassion for His people around the world, the exciting part is that you will be able to share in this compassion in several ways. First, you can help pray for Lyndie and me. We will need prayers that God will prepare and bless our efforts as we minister, love on, befriend, and share the word of God to all the people we meet on our World Race. We will also need prayers that our substantial financial needs will be met. At this time we need to raise $32,550 for the both of us, which will go toward all flights between countries, health and travel insurance, all meals, and all room and board. While we know it is going to be a challenge, we know that God has called us to the mission field and will provide!

$7,000 – Due 5/3/2014 (2 weeks before Training Camp) $15,000 – Due 6/17/2014 (2 weeks prior to your trip) $22,000 – Due 10/1/2014 (End of 3 months on the field) $32,550 – Due 1/1/2015 (End of 6 months on the field)
