Another dream I’ve
had… to see someone healed.

I just finished praying
“the prayer”, or my version of the prayer, over Karen and then Sam
says that it’s time to pray for Karen’s hand.

Karen hasn’t been able
to make a fist for a long time now, and not only is she living in this pain but
she also cannot do all of the work needed for her family without this pain. We
decided this was something she shouldn’t live with anymore.

Sam asks Karen to hold
her hand out and we all start praying over her. Once we finish we ask her how
her hand’s feeling, she says that it is feeling a little better. Sam asks her
to move it and try to make a fist. She can move it a little better than before
we started praying, but that wasn’t enough for us. So we start praying again.

After praying over
Karen’s hand 3 times she starts crying again because she can make a strong fist
with her hand!! Karen’s hand was healed! She wasn’t just sorta healed, Karen was
making a fist and clenching her hand! She just kept staring at her hand with
tears in her eyes, shocked that the God she just decided to believe in showed
her that HE is more powerful than pain in her hand!

The amazing thing about
this is that Karen now has a story to not only share with her family, but with
the people in her village. She can proclaim God’s healing to everyone and they
can’t deny that her hand is better!

But God didn’t just do
something for Karen, he did something for every single one of us praying over
her. I had never seen someone healed right before my eyes. I’d heard stories,
read it in the Bible, but it’d never been something I’ve witnessed myself. God
increased my faith in Him that day. Now I can proclaim boldly that God is a God
who HEALS!

And since we first met
with Karen I’ve seen 4 other people healed! One lady now has no more back pain,
another lady can walk and sit in comfort, a man can feel his hand again, and a
lady has been healed of problems with her eyes! God is GOOD!

Thank you to all of our
supporters for helping get us this far, because Cambodia would still be the
same if we were not here proclaiming God’s Kingdom and preaching His Word!
