Dear Brothers and Sisters in our Lord Jesus Christ,
I thank God for you, and your role behind the scenes these past two years supporting us from the beginning of this crazy adventure to its end.
You have journeyed with from our first 7 months of diligent fundraising.
Through a grueling and emotional ten days at training camp…
…and Gods abundantly rich blessings in that last month, which allowed us to launch with our squad.
You watched us change from two individuals into a small piece of the larger body of Christ, embracing community in order to build his kingdom.
You trusted God to work in us; teaching us to trust him more fully, pray more fervently, listen more attentively…
…love more deeply…
…and serve with the joy of the Lord as our strength.
You were on your knees with us when death came calling…
…fighting a mighty battle with a dastardly enemy.
You had the privilege of watching God work a mighty miracle akin to those that Jesus did in his time here on Earth.
Your support enabled us to go to Peru for a week to surprise our squad and join them at final debrief.
An amazing opportunity to reconnect, reminisce, process and revive the lessons that God taught us along the way.
