I am currently between ministry sites in Bangkok sitting at a Coffee World – Where the World Meets!. I just put up this blog, and on the last picture decided to erase it and put it somewhere else. I clicked on the picture and hit backspace. This took me back a page and so erased my blog. This is a recurring frustration for me that I have not yet learned from. Maybe next time I’ll remember and just hit delete.

Yesterday we traveled 12 hours from Siem Reap, Cambodia to Bangkok. In 4 days we will fly to the Philippines, where I’ll be until just after New Year’s. I am thrilled to share with you that my parents will meet me in the Philippines.

While we were in Siem Reap I had the incredible privilege of touring Angkor Wat – the largest religious establishment in the entire world. Here are some pictures of the place:

There are 216 of these faces carved into stone.

God planted an enormous tree atop this temple. The roots grow down behind the structure.

Here we are standing between those roots.

Me and Casie waging mortal combat. This is the site where the thought to create the game was originally conceived (according to us).
