Raylene
Meet Raylene! She is a California girl that truly loves and cares for those around her in whatever way she can. She graduated with a degree in criminal justice and forensic science. She is a bold woman of God that is desperately seeking more intimacy with Him, and it is so encouraging to watch her chase after that relationship. She has enjoyed working with sex-trafficking ministry, children with disabilities, and the elderly. She is passionate about learning more about God through scripture and prayer, creative journaling, getting fit in the gym, and the 100 yen store (it is like a dollar store abroad).
Heather
Meet Heather! She is a sweet southern girl from Alabama. She has two degrees, one in early childhood education and the other in social work. God is calling her to walk into the gifting’s that he has for her and it is awesome to she her pursue the Lord while embracing her calling. She cares for those around her well by truly seeking to love them in the way that they best receive love. She loves advocating for social issues and children, and she really loved working with sex-trafficking ministry in Nepal. She is passionate about photography, reading, and all things COFFEE.
Jess
Meet Jess! She grew up in Taiwan but has lived in California since middle school. She boldly uses her gifts and talents for the Lord, and always encourages others to experiencing God in new ways through prayer and worship. Jess loves women and children so well and knows that God is calling her to work with one of these two groups in ministry after the race. Jess is passionate about music (she can play basically every instrument), photography and videography, exploring each country we visit, and laughing loudly!
Mykal
Meet Mykal our token Texan who actually loves Colorado more. She desires more intimacy with the Lord and learning the truth that God has for her life. She is resilient and faithful with seeking God’s truth for herself and for others. If Mykal is around then you will always be cared for because she always thinks of others before herself. She always tries to think about how she can best care for and love those around her. Mykal loves women and children’s ministry and has loved how much we have been able to work with both throughout our race so far. She is passionate about sharing God’s truth, loving those that have never been loved, American food and chocolate.
Allana
Meet Allana our fun loving northern from Michigan. Allana understands more than anyone I know what it means to be servant-hearted. She serves those around her so well and clearly displays Christ’s love. You will always find Allana serving our ministry contact in small and surprising ways! She loves working with children and caring for their needs and showing them the depth of love that Christ has for each of them. Allana is passionate about worshiping through music, reading, smiling always and card games.
