Wow! Thanks to everyone who has been reading my blog since the beginning! I cannot believe we are now in Month 7, and our last month in Asia…
Anyways, Cambodia…Or, more specifically, Phnom Phen, the capital of Cambodia. What can I tell you about our first week in this crazy city…
Well, it is dusty. And dirty. And hot. Though because of the tsunami and earthquake in Japan, it has been seasonally cold for the past few days. Think low nineties instead of high nineties.
The people of this country are the redeeming quality for sure. But you can see my blog (When Strangers Become Family) for more information about the people and our ministry this month.
Alrighty, so the rest of this blog is just pictures of Phnom Phen. Enjoy!
The alley next to us. It is kinda creepy at night.
What the locals call the ‘dirty water’. It smells horrible.

The view from our door.

Another view.

How do they do this? I am still confused at their balancing skills.

Millionaire Cafe has great, cheap food. And air conditioning. And internet. Three miracles for Racers.
The view from the roof…
Ministry blog posted before this one…so go read it! It is one of my favorites, and it has a video of our skit in front of the youth group!
