The September training will take place in Gainesville, Georgia.

If you are flying:

You should plan to fly to Atlanta and

Arrive between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

On Wednesday,
September 6th.

You can depart on a flight leaving after 12:00 noon on the 21st.

We will provide shuttle service to and from the airport provided that you arrive/depart within these times. If your timing is different, you will need to take a shuttle to Gainesville [$40 each way].

If you are driving:

You should plan to arrive

In Gainesville

Between 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.

On Wednesday,
September 6th.

You can depart anytime on the 21st.

You can e-mail us for exact directions if you are driving in.

Your lodging and meals are included in the cost of training.

What to bring:

        • All sleeping stuff including a sleeping bag

· Clothes for the whole time (1 semi casual outfit)…mostly outdoor activities. Dress code of AIM applies.

        • Water bottle
        • Plate and cutlery. Mug if they want hot drinks.
        • Towel and shower stuff

Food: Adventures in Missions will cover the majority of your food including dinner on the 6th and breakfast on the 21st. But in addition to the items listed above, please bring the following with you:

· One jar of peanut butter and one jar of jelly

· One bag of apples or oranges

· A dry mix of food that will cover two meals during a survival campout

Accommodation: You will most likely be tent camping at best with many people in one tent. Please be prepared for outdoor showers and bathrooms (maybe even a long drop or two!).
