This morning I went to a remarkable women’s prayer meeting.
I asked for prayer for temptation.
Lately I’ve felt a huge increase in temptation in my life, and I’ve been flirting with danger, walking closer and closer to the edge.
The prayers that were prayed over me and prophetic visions were amazing and I thought a few were for all of us not just me.

One of the visions was of Jesus in the desert being tempted by Satin for the 40 days before starting his ministry.
How appropriate as we are beginning our ministry in about 40 days.
That’s when the temptation increased for Jesus, when Satin begin pulling out all the tricks.
My friend saw me walking into this season of temptation, but Jesus was there, stomping on the head of the snake and angles were all around waiting to minister.

I believe Satin is sneaking around us, pulling out all the tricks, but Jesus is more then a conqueror.
“Be self controlled and alert.  Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.”
Jesus has the final word in our lives and we will make it through this season of preparation and temptation.

God, I ask that you make us strong in the temptation.
Put your amour on all of us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one so that we can bring your kingdom even more.
Awaken our senses when Satin is sneaking around us trying to steel, kill and destroy.
Give us your power to find our strength and rest in you during the attacks.
