How do I know how much support has come in for me?
AIM maintains an electronic database which lists each donor, amount of gift, and date received for each participant. You have access to this database online. You will each receive information on how to log in to your account. The database is updated approximately once a week. Gifts received via the internet take several weeks to process [the credit card companies take some time to clear them to our bank]. You will also receive by snail mail, all the support cards which AIM receives from your supporters. These will be mailed to you once a week. We encourage you to check your account frequently so that you can thank your supporters promptly. You should keep a list of donors who have made monthly pledges so that you can track those [our database does not keep track of pledges].
