“We are forming a team of six that will participate as a World Race team
whose primary ministry is to communicate the stories from the World Race to
the public through the media.
With all the amazing stories that are shared through blogs posted by the
participants on the trip, this is an amazing opportunity to document what is
happening through actual video. This is where you come in.
We are looking for people who are willing to give up a year, recklessly
abandon themselves to God, and use their skills and experience in
media/communications for His glory. We need writers, reporters,
videographers, and video editors who are willing to go!
As a media team, you will engage in the World Race, living with the other
teams and ministering alongside them wherever they go. You will need to be
ready to film, interview, and edit “on the fly.” The video produced will be
property of Adventures in Missions and will be used however AIM sees fit to
use it. It may be posted to the world race website or used for other
things. Don’t be surprised if it makes national news in some form. This
race is not limited to Christian media. We believe it is relevant and
newsworthy to the entire world!”
