Learned tonight that one of my “kids” (actually, not a church member, but a precious girl I know in town) has been having some very serious problems- one minute she’s working a calculus problem; the next she doesn’t recognize the problem. She gets very anxious…to the point of not being able to speak. She’s not sleeping for days on end. And she’s getting depressed and doubting God because of all of this. Local doctors have no clue what’s going on. The family is trying to get her admitted to a children’s hospital in Pensacola. It sounds like some rare syndrome or a tumor or who knows what and definitely something spiritual. Her name is Gina and she loves God like crazy- a remarkably tender, sweet kid. Please pray for her and for her family.
