If there were to be Civil war in Romania.
It would be Romanians
against the Gypsies.
I have been to Romania before but never noticed so much
hate.
Back Story: Gypsies are originally from India 
because
they were forced to leave, so they settled in Europe as poor exiles. They began
stealing and prostituting themselves to make money. They would take Romanian
land and kill you if you tried kicking them off. At the same time, Romanians
just came out of communism. They were oppressed and had no real freedom.
Today: While the Gypsies are becoming more integrated
into society, Romanians hate them. They are denied rights such as housing,
education and jobs. Many live in poor areas with little to nothing. Thief, poor
and dumb are many names describing this generation. Many gypsies see no other
option but living up to those names. Since the fall of communism, the Lord has
been moving greatly. There are many Christian churches being planted in
Romania. You would think there would be love among the people, some sort of
attempt to bridge the gap between Romanians and Gypsies.
But there is this deep spirit of hate for these
people.
There is discrimination even in the Romanian
churches.
Where the church should be helping there is abandonment.
I am not here to condemn the Romanians.
I am not here to point fingers.
I am not here to say there is not anyone trying to
bridge the gap.
I am here to tell you how Jesus would respond.
I am here to offer light in this dark area.
LOVE is the answer.
