After a long two days of travel, I’m here!!!! I’m here! Momma we made it!!!!!!!

After two days of being in Thailand, I am completely in love with this country. The people are filled with smiles, stories, and love. God is doing such big things here y’all.
Our base we’ve been staying at is in a small suburb of Bangkok, Dok Mai. There is a 7-11 on almost every single block, but I am not complaining. Its a little piece of home and my childhood. The base is four to five stories and is like a community house, oh yeah this world race community freakin rocks. I am so in awe at how on fire for the Lord our whole squad is. I can not wait to do life with them.

We’ve spent the past two nights walking around the night market. The walls were filled with a lot of petite clothing, and random grocery marts. The markets here are so much different than the markets I’ve been to in Nicaragua. I love the differences in culture. I have yet to eat pad thai, but have eaten chicken fried rice the past two nights.

We leave tomorrow to head towards our permanent ministry/ host family. We take an 8 hour bus ride to Roi Et. As if my team needs more travel days, ha. Our team is overwhelmed, excited, and fearful of this large commitment. We are here and we are here to stay.

The Lord has put peace over my heart these past few days. I was so occupied in fear and so bound to doubts of not feeling equipped to this. The Lord has shown me

I am equipped enough to do this.

I am equipped enough to build His kingdom.

I am equipped to teach english.

I am equipped to love people.

I am equipped.

I am so ready to be thrown into hardships and challenges. I am so ready to grow in the sisterhood of our team. Gosh I am so ready. Life is happening. Life is happening fast.

I am so ecstatic to leave the comforts of home and be completely obedient to our Father and have complete trust in Him.

I cant wait to update y’all about Roi Et and all the Lord is doing in East Thailand
