Andrew Habermas and I were VERY blessed to have Ascend the Hill play our benefit concert. They weren’t even one of the bands we had lined up to play. They just called our venue and said they needed somewhere to play. They played for free and ended up giving us money for the trip from their merch! I think it was no coincidence at all. They are very talented and anointed and you should all download their albums (it’s free to do) and donate to them if you can.
Advertising for them aside… I wanted to share the lyrics of one of their songs with you guys. It so applies to us not only for this next year, but I firmly believe for the rest of each of our lives. I pray that others catch the fire from that and that the words of this song become the anthem of a generation 🙂
