Ministry in Honduras has been amazing! I was already stoked about coming here but it has already exceeded expectations. We are living up in the mountains on honduras in the town called Valle De Angeles. We are finally getting some colder weather up here!
Our ministry here is mainly working with orphans. We prepare a bible study and cook breakfast for them amost everyday. It has been such a blessing to see how happy they are to see us everyday. The orphanage we are working with is actually kids who were taken away from other child care places because they were being sexually abused. They can be very flinchy around us because of their past. This is the first country that will be hard for me to leave. I kinda wish my momma was here to love on these kids! haha
It has only been one week here and I cant wait to see what God has in sore for me the next 3 weeks! He has been destroying my old heart and completely changing it for the better.
Also, a lot of the times during ministry I don’t get my camera out to take a lot of pics. These kids are used to white people coming for a few days and taking pictures. They have never had people come in and invest in them. So, sorry not sorry you don’t see a lot of ministry pictures. I really am investing and loving on these kids!
