Hello Family and Friends!
I want to thank you all for supporting me this past year! Thank you for being a part of my journey by reading my blogs, your prayers, and financial donations! This year would not have been such a success without you!
This year was incredible in so many ways. I was able to see things I have never saw or understood before. I’ve seen orphans feel loved and cared for, widows cry with appreciation, pastors and missionaries’ spirits lifted, youth receive Christ into their lives, and hearts healed. All while experiencing culture, community, and the power of Christ. From building houses, working in the fields, praying, preaching, to teaching in schools, I was able to experience many different forms of how to serve others.
This year challenged me in a way I have never been challenged before. I learned how to live well without all the comforts of the ‘western world’. I learned what it means to be a humble servant of Christ and to lead others with only love. I feel closer to God than I have ever before and am excited to continue on this path by putting God first in my life.
With that said, God has lead me to be an Alum Squad Leader for the next World Race Fusion trip launching January 2016. I will be on the field for 6 months discipling and training the next body of Christ who will be serving the ‘least of these’ around the globe. I will be co-leading a group of 26 missionaries for the first 6 months they are on the field. They will then continue the remaining 5 months on their own. I have not met the group yet but already feel like this group is special and that God has big plans for their lives. I am beyond blessed and excited to be a part of their journey.
As I prepare to leave the country again in a few short weeks, I am also in need of financial donations for this next World Race trip. As always, I appreciate greatly any and all donations! To donate, please follow click the ‘Support Me’ tab and follow instructions.
Thank you again for your love and support this year! I pray that God will protect and bless you always! Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to all!!
With Love,
Stephanie Jansen
