Hey Everyone!!

I know it has been a while since my last blog, but life in Africa doesn’t leave a lot of room for fast internet connections sadly.  My time in Swaziland was back in November of 2009, which seems like just last week to me.  I absolutely loved every second that I got to spend there.  My team was out in the bush of Swazi with no electricity, no running water, no bathrooms to speak of, and no way of transportation to get to a bigger town.  It didnt matter to me though.  I was able to experience God’s creation and see his  beautiful children in that village.  We were able to work with the local primary and secondary schools, visit the sick and elderly in their homes, lead bible studies and VBS throughout our weeks there.  We also had the chance to do singing, drama, testimonies and sermons on Sundays.  I could talk for hours about it, but I know that you all have busy lives that you need to get back to, so to summarize I put together a little video/slideshow thingy to help tell my story of Swazi a bit faster.  I also want you to check out my old teammate, Heather Duke’s blog about a special young boy that we met and fell in love with during our time there.  I hope you enjoy the video and hearing our heart for Begani through Heather’s words.
