‘O’ the things I’m thankful for! A body to be and things too see, I’m truly a walking miracle you and me, you too, yes you with eyes too see! Oh the sights you’ll see and places you’ll go, look right down to your elbow, your feet, your toes and legs o my there all connected, all there to help pass by, by time keeps on ticking your heart keeps on beating, your alive with a brain to think, a mind to sync into this world, oh this great world we live full of bees, trees, and seas it’s all connected, all here for you and me co-dependently we flea from fear, miss conception, lack of judgment, but our brains process, our minds wind and unwind around the crazy, the calm, life can seem too long but it’s not you see! Seconds that turn to minutes soon to hours and days oh my days pass by my life is fleeting, my heart is beating, the world is singing, the birds are tweeting, Twitter don’t be bitter for you are you and they are they let it be, be who you are for you and me we’re made apart! Set to be who God simply made us! Do you truly see, your body how it functions simultaneously! My oh my were walking miracles you and I! We can go, we can see, look for the beauty and diversity! Look up, look down, gosh dang it look all around, please don’t frown bodies are in the ground the rich the poor though their lives different their bodies one in the same made equal by the one who’s name shall we proclaim, through imperfect lives who some may shame. But you’ve been forgiven and He has been risen, so that we can be in communion you and me, you see! From ashes to ashes and dust to dust we’ll be soon a garden, so smell the lilies, fill the grass, lay under a tree. Think, process, mediate, just be thankful for all that makes you be you and me be me! For a yapper to yap, a body to nap, ears to hear and fingers to feel oh my the simplicity of life we see. Forget and then be, the world is fast the Lord is slow, but don’t let go of the lows, of the highs and the in-betweens life ain’t perfect and sometime it seems like an act, a show but your not alone, all have lived and all will die this life’s far to important for you to be ignorin, one thing I remember this now I say be thankful oh be thankful this day, it’s all you’ve got so enjoy the journey and when you get sad look at your body for you truly are a walking, breathing, functioning miracle you and me! So simply be and remember the Lord loves you and me, yes we are His children and it’s the simple that makes me, so all the days of my life I’ll simply be thankful for this one, this only body and the one who made me! Life is to great there’s no room for negativity!
