This month we are working in Chiang Mai, Thailand with an organization that seeks to prevent children from ever entering the sex industry.  Many poor villagers will sell their children for various reasons- maybe for a few days, maybe longer.  Our organization seeks to find vulnerable children who are at risk to being sold and invite those children to live in a special home. They find out who may be at risk by word of mouth; many times from other children or families.  The home is a beautiful, joyful place where the children are given good food (we eat with them every day for dinner!), are sent to good schools, and receive the love of Christ by their house parents, interns, and other volunteers.  They have prayer and worship nights, church services, and some of them participate in extra-curricular activities like scouting and playing guitar.  In order to keep the organization safe we are asked to not share too much info on the organization or the children, so I'm not going to disclose any names that would come close to jeopardizing the mission.  If you are really curious, send me an email and I would love to share more details with you.

Today we spent about five hours with the kids, and I let a few of them take photos with my camera.  These are some of those photos- the world through their eyes.
