Hi Friends! Welcome to my World Race blog!!
I’m so excited for y’all to come on this journey with me! So far this journey has been driven by Jesus and I know it will continue to happen in His timing. I am where I am now because of prayer and God’s unwavering faithfulness. I pray that you can experience His glory and goodness with me on this journey! This adventure is so beyond me and my capabilities, each of you can play a huge role in making this adventure happen and I hope you join along with me.
So, a little about myself: I’m graduating from Clemson University in May of 2015 with a degree in History. I came to Clemson from Cary, NC and didn’t know a soul. God has grown me so much in college and given me a huge heart for missions by blessing me with opportunities to serve in Kenya two of my summers as well as go on several spring break mission trips.
I wish I could say I had a super cool talent like playing guitar while hanging upside down and painting masterpieces with my toes at the same time, but unfortunately that is not me. I love being outside, getting to know people and going on whatever adventure places itself in front of me. If I had a day to do whatever I wanted I’d probably spend it learning to cook new things, baking sweet treats, adventuring around outside with friends looking for hidden gems wherever I am and admiring sunsets so long that it turns into star gazing.
I love dreaming of crazy adventures to go on and being a world racer is definitely beyond my wildest dream, but I’m holding fast to Luke 18:27 “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” So join with me in praying bold prayers and watching God make the impossible reality.
