Daniel Durick made this video from a day of ministry in the slums.  His team cleaned up a field and played baseball there with some village kids in the Domincan Republic.  It’s actually a part of a cool series of videos he did in the DR, documenting their first month on the Race.

Ministry can look like a lot of different things on the World Race.  Some ministries are heavy relational, other places you might get to do a lot of manual labor.  You could preach a lot, you could end up doing a lot of dishes.

I actually enjoyed manual labor a lot, because the impact was easy to see.  Nowhere in the world is free labor easy to find.  We got to be that for people.

What kind of ministry are you guys most excited about?  Is there anything in particular you’re looking forward to doing?  Is there a specific country you’re excited about?
