Travel to Camp

One thing needs to happen in order to really get everything
rolling. We need you to communicate your travel plans to us. So go
online and
log in to your profile. On the My Mobilization Tab you’ll see a Travel
Page.
Right there you can enter all your information…

Have you not made plans yet? Let me share some helpful tips
with you…

First, we need
cars. There are quite a few elements of camp that are made even more
excellent
if you can drive yourselves places. Ideally, we would like 40 cars that
seat 5
people at camp, enough so that every single person has a ride. Could
you drive
to camp? Please do!!! Could you borrow the church van to drive to camp?
Even
better! Let Mom use your sweet ride and you bring the minivan? Awesome.
If you
are driving, you need to arrive at the training camp BETWEEN
6PM AND 7PM.

Next, if you are
flying. We will meet you in the Atlanta airport in the afternoon. Your
flight
MUST arrive BEFORE 4PM EST.
After your flight lands, go pick up your baggage, and then ask for
directions
to the Atrium. We will sit outside Atlanta Bread Company in the Atrium.
Please
note, there is more than one ABC in the airport… be sure you go to the
Atrium.
If you see a giant dinosaur skeleton, you’re in the right place.

Last, you have
to tell us your plans. We have a checklist at the airport. We have a
checklist
at the training camp. We need to know which list you belong on. You get
your name on
the
checklist by filling out the Training Camp section of your Mobilization
Tab. If
you do not fill this out, we are going to start calling you. In order to
make
plans for airport pickups and transportation, we have to know this
information.
Please make your plans and fill in the information.
