This has been one EPIC month!  We truly lived life abundantly here in South Africa.  We explored and conquered this part of the
earth as our adventurous God calls us to do in Genesis 1:26-28 “Be fruitful and
multiple and fill the earth and conquer it, and hold sway over the fish of the
sea, the fowl in the heavens and every beast that crawls upon the earth. We did all God sent us here to do and we have
many videos to prove it.

Ministry:  In my recent, Meet My Main Man JC, blog you
hopefully watched my teammate Emily’s recap of our ministry here in Cape Town.  If not click here.  Spreading God’s love wasn’t tough with all these little ones!!

Housing:  As our resident video master Emily also
continued her tradition of making a “cribs” video to give everyone a closer
look at our living accommodations.  I
posted to FB but if you missed it, watch it here.

Cage Diving: We
had a White, Great White that is, Christmas after all and I posted Steven’s
recap video of our shark encounter on an earlier blog.  You can also see a longer version that Emily
made here.

Penguins:  I keep telling everyone Cape Town is just
like So Cal with mountains, beaches, and wineries but better because it offers
sharks and penguins.  Steven made a cute
“March of the Penguins” video of our first visit to Boulder’s Beach, home of the
African (formerly Jackass) Penguins. Check it out here.

Table Mountain:  We didn’t waste anytime exploring Cape Town by hiking Table Mountain our first “free day” in town.  It feels like so long ago considering all the other fun we fit in on “free days” so here is a video to remind you of our adventure.

Christmas Greetings:  Our boys, Nick and Steven, really went all
out for this Christmas message.  If you
only have time to watch one video in this blog, perhaps this is the one you
shouldn’t miss!  It’s unforgettable!  Check it out here.

We start our long journey to Mozambique on Monday
night. I’ll be sharing more details on our next location and ministry very soon (tomorrow).  Until then, I’m going to soak in as much Cape Town as I can before I have to leave.
