So, I've got $15,500 to raise. Enthusiastic yay. My goal is to raise all of it before I leave in January but the following deadlines are when I absolutely need to have the said amount:
*As of 07/01/2011 I have a total of $1,728.40.
If you are willing and able, there are multiple ways you can support me:
1.) You can click on the "Support Me" tab to the left with all the astericks and donate via the AIM website. The only downside to this method is that 5% of your donation will be deducted in order to pay for credit card fees. Which is no bueno!!!
2.) To avoid any fees and to make sure I get 100% of your donation, you can send a check directly to Adventures in Missions. Be sure to make the check out to Adventures in Missions with my full name written in the memo line "Naomi Allen" The best bet is to copy and print out a support card – see below – and mail it in along with your check. The Support Card will provide AIM with the information necessary to send you a receipt for your donation, and to ensure that your donation goes directly to my account.
3.) You can also write a check directly to me and I will use it to cover the costs of equipment, travel/health insurance, medications(anti-malaria), and additional travel costs to and from training camp and my launch site.
4,) If you don't feel comfortable donating money, I will also be in need of equipment, like a tent, sleeping pad, etc. I am registered through REI.COM. Click on my registry number: GR2369709 and that will take you straight to my list.
Remember, NO donation is TOO SMALL! As little as $3.75 will cover my meals for an entire day and $26.25 for an entire week! You can choose to give a one time gift or monthly. Whichever suits your fancy! Whatever way or amount you give I will love you long time!! 😉
