So I just want to say that my squad made it to Malawi. It was the longest bus rides yet. It took us 38 hours to get from Morogorro, Tanzania to Lilongway, Malawi. Of course the border was closed which left us sleeping at the border on the bus. I would say, I hope this never happens again, yet we still have to get to Swaziland which is pretty far. I am so thankful for the lessons learned on travel days because patience is always something we can all grow in. It is fun to laugh about now, but I can promise you it was not fun. So good luck future racers, just remember this from Kelly Clarkson " What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger" Haha I am in a process of writing a blog, and we just found out our contact today and we head out tomorrow.
Thank you again for all of your support. They have extended our finacial deadline to April 1st. God brought $1,000 in two weeks and now I have four more weeks left. I am still $2,000 away, and I know God will bring that money in. Thank you again for all of your prayers expecially during travel days, our squad mentioned just how thankful we are for everyone back home praying for our safety and smooth travel days. Even though they are rough, they can always be worse. Haha love you all!
*Stay tune for update of ministry and what I am learning….
