Golden 24
It’s been 5 months on the field so far, which means my final financial deadline is approaching! Also I’m turning 24 on May 24! My Golden birthday! Woo hoo! So here’s a quick recap!
The Lord has done a great work in and around me. I have been involve with several types of ministry, such as village outreach in Honduras, a children’s school in Guatemala, Homeless ministry in El Salvador, Refugee ministry in Bulgaria, and currently prepping a summer camp that reaches out to 2500 kids and teenagers in June and July.
One of the most intimidating things coming on the race was leadership. I didn’t want any part in it but I knew the Lord was taking me there. That intimidation was driven by fear. It was fear of something beyond myself and it took me realizing that to overcome it.
Last month I was asked to be a Team Leader. I already knew the answer I was to give. YES. It was by far a challenging and growing month for me.
This month, something I never even allowed my mind to think about came to pass. I was asked to lead this Squad of 41 amazing people along side three others. We are to offer guidance, shine light on areas that need growth, pour into and guide team leaders so they can lead their teams better, and make logistical and spiritual decisions for the squad.
I’m so excited about this new season of my journey here and need your prayers and financial help to continue stepping into this calling. What better gift could I receive for my golden birthday than to check my missions account and see that I’m fully funded and can continue serving/serving with this amazing squad as we reach out to the following nations this year!
I currently still need $4,500 before I’m fully funded. I need this by July 1.
