Last day of ministry was exactly what I needed. The worship was beautiful, the prayers were beautiful, the service was beautiful, the people were beautiful.
This month has been probably one of the hardest months I’ve experienced on the race. I got hit with sickness and I’ve never felt so bad before in my life. One thing that has kept me encouraged was the support from my team and going to the services. Many times I’ve felt like I was useless because I felt so bad and weak. On those days I received such encouragement from my team and went to ministry. I’m so grateful I did go to ministry because God used my teammates or either myself and my struggles I’ve been facing to minister to the congregation.
Our last day of ministry, the people we’ve been working with all month spoke out telling us testimonies of how God has been working in their lives since us visitors have been speaking out and sharing the love of Jesus. Something that I’ve learned this month is how to love people and how to find joy in times of hardship. When I was feeling really down I was able to go to ministry and see the smiling faces and the joy in their hearts. It has blessed my heart. The friends we’ve made this month have really helped me with how I view my life. I’ve met people who were going through similar things as myself.
Now I know why Malawi is called then”warm heart of Africa” it is very true and I have felt the love from these wonderful people.
Keep Malawi in your prayers, for many people need your prayer along with the rest of Africa.
I am fully funded!!!!! So anyone who has been supporting me monthly can undo it online. I still will need money for personal and medical. Anyone who still feels lead to donate can email me or message me on Facebook letting me know! Thank you so much everyone for your support
