In case you missed the last blog, here are the Photos of Ometepe Island (Part 1).  And now….(okay, please read the following with a "cool announcer voice"…you know, like the guy who hypes things up before a boxing match…or at a Chicago Bulls game.  Or, if you can't muster that kind of energy, then try for the "mostly lame announcer DJ voice" that the DJ used at Brian Parfitt's bar mitzvah back in '94.)

Oh, what's this?  Oh nothing…it's just Volcano Conception.  An active volcano just over a mile or so from us.  No big deal.

The next few shots will give you a glimpse into the sprawling metropolis of Moyogalpa…the biggest town on the island.

A few of us spent an evening swimming at a local black-sand beach.  It's pretty hard not to have an incredible time when it looks like this.
