After our amazing day at the waterfall, we came back home and had dinner (which God seemed to have multiplied). Once dinner was over and cleaned up, our contact came over and told us that Fellowship was canceled that night. I was a little bummed that fellowship was canceled, yet God had something bigger in mind.
We were able to talk with our contact, feed him and encourage him. This was such a cool way to say goodbye and for our team to use see God work through us. Images, scriptures and phrophetic words or encouragement and strength were pouring out of each of us. Earler that day after lunch, I felt that I needed to have this scripture for someone (I didn’t know who) pertaining to water and love. No one on my team had any, so I begin to do some research for a half hour. I was steadly writting down scripture references with what felt like no control. They were freely flowing from my hand. I would also randomly circle and star certain verses without even knowing why. (because I had only the references noted, I did not see or know the entire verses)
Then while we were encouraging our contact, Robby says to me, “I think the verse you were looking for today is for him”. So I go and show him the chicken scratch I had written earlier. He was able to filter through it all, and found the verse that was for him. (John 7:38) Robby then shares this story of how we found this scripture for him and read it over him.
