Saying goodbye to friends and family is something I thought I would never have to do. As I was saying goodbye to some of the people I love most in this life, it felt like my heart was breaking. Although, I know I won’t see these people face to face for nine months, and I know I will miss them desperately at times, I am finally ready. Ready to experience life on my own, ready to dive into different cultures and people, ready to love without limitations, and ready to spread the love of Christ. Prayers are greatly appreciated.
