This month Nooma to Nations is in Durban, South Africa working with Higher Ground Ministry. Higher Ground is an adventure camp for children and young adults with disabilities. While here, our team is planning and running two camps. The first camp is for adults with mental and some physical disabilities. Most of the campers have Down Syndrome or Cerebral Palsy and range from 18-39 years old.
Here are some pictures from our beach day at camp. This was a particularly special time because it was some of the campers' first time at the beach.
