My name is Laura Ahrens (you've probably already figured that out), and I'm a world racer on the January 2014 Spanish tour.
I currently live in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, my home for the past 7 years though I'm originally from southern California. I moved to Flagstaff to attend Northern Arizona University where I completed a bachelor's degree in environmental anthropology and a master's degree in applied medical anthropology. Post-graduation I'm working in public health and excitedly anticipating my tour with the WR.
