Just to fill everyone in on the past month in Pitesti, Romania. Teams Ohana, Relentless Warrior, and Spirit Reign lived in a church named Living Hope. It was a permanent state of a "lock in" all month, which reminded me a lot like "youth lock ins" back home.  Our three teams had breakfast, lunch, and dinner cooked by a loving family in the church, also we had warm showers which reminded me a lot like home. All of us were so blessed.

The ministry looked different for some of us. Our Father had me doing manual labor at Living Hope. A group of us shoveled, pulled weeds, sawed rust off a fence, and we cleaned up the outside of the church to make it more beautiful. While some of the others taught english to 6-13 year olds. I had the opportunity with two other squad mates Becca and Lauren to work in a village with a family doing kids ministry a couple days of the week. We played tons of games with the kids, sang songs in English and Romanian, ate some snacks, and gave a message.

I love Romania, but I love the Romanians even more! The people we got to serve alongside  have servant hearts, also are very hospitable. They love so well. That is exactly what family is like. I learned relationships mean everything to them, I will always have a special place in my heart for these people and this ministry! Leaving was very hard, but I know it wasn't just a "bye" or "see you later." My spirit tells me there is more whether that's going to visit these people again or who knows Ministry in Pitesti? All I know is it's not in my hands, if and when He calls me, I will go.
