Seeking His face more. Beginning the journey of intimacy with Him. It is not always an easy road, but it is a delightful and privileged way : a treasure hunt. God is the treasure, and the Glory of His presence glistens and shimmers along the way. Hardships are apart of the journey too. He meets them out ever so carefully, in just the right dosage, with a tenderness you can hardly imagine. Do not recoil from afflications, since they are among His most favored gifts. Trust Me and don't be afraid, for I am your strength and song.
Psalms 27:7-8 Hear my voice when I call, O LORD. be merciful to me and answer me. verse 8 My heart says of you, "Seek his Face!" Your face, LORD, I will seek.
2 Corinthians 4:6 For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made his light shine in our hearts to give us light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. 7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.

This was alittle bit of what my devo was about this morning I made acouple of those verses in bold print because they stood out to me. God is my salvation and I will trust in Him and not be afraid. I am seeking His face with all I am and praying that I can keep my eyes on Him 🙂 If you would join me in prayer that would be awesome!. The last couple of weeks I was faced with a few obstacles in my way and the devil tried to do somethings to get my mind away from what God has placed and set before me, I've come to tell you the devil did not succeed. God is blessing me and making ways & doors are being open. I was praying and asking God if this was exactly what He had planned for me. I had a pause in fundraising wasnt really getting anywhere with it, well I'm here to tell you God blessed me with a giver last week of $1000.00. I was able to meet my deadline of 3,500.00 🙂 after the giver I have about 4,300.00 in my World Race account. I Praise the Lord for every little bit He gives me, I am thankful & those of you who have given to this mission, I pray that God will bless you! I ask that if it is heavy on your heart to give financially that you will pray about it first and I also ask that you would support me and join in praying for me & the journey God has for all of the world racers! I would love to let you know somethings that are going on this month is Obnoxious February that is what a fellow racer & I are calling it :). We are not looking at our fundraising account for The World Race this whole month! We are praying and know God will meet our needs & goals that we have set for this month. Both of us had been talking and we both get a little discouraged when we check our accounts and dont see any progress, which it shouldnt be that way, so we are going to PRAY & be some what obnoxious & let people know about God's mission He has for us! I'm excited to see what the outcome will be like! This month to help raise money I am having a Spaghetti Dinner & Silent Auction the 26th selling tickets for $10 🙂 would love to see everyone there FYI that fellow racer I mentioned up there is Kenzie..She will be here the 26th!!!! SOO excited to meet and spend time with my sweet friend! I have a song I would love everyone to listen to 😀 LOVE it!
