Our time in…

Tanzania

This is our town of Mbagala!

Walking through the community we lived in. Our town was a maze to walk through! It took us a while to get the routes down. but we passed this tree every day.

We taught computer class every night, and the people loved to learn. Tyler was a computer science major in school so this was his cup of tea! We started from the very basics of how to turn on and log onto the computer, and then progressed to formatting documents and typing.

We taught English class every morning to the women who worked at our house, and every evening at the church. Here, Lili is going over food and colors with the class.

Playing the drums inside our church with some cute kiddos. This little girl was so scared of us at first she wouldn’t come near me… but we made lots of progress as you can see. We be jammin together!

The tallest palm trees I ever did see! There were ridges cut out of them as steps for people to cli

mb up to reach the fruit at the top.

Going door to door was fun with our friend Kevin! He is the baby wearing my sunglasses here. We went on house visits with the Pastor of our church, Pastor Bonface, to pray with and encourage different congregation members at their homes.

How gracious is our God that He allowed us to sail the Indian Ocean for two days!
