Cell groups are basically small church services in someones house. Actually ours is on the street in front of a home. The pastor designed these in order to make the gospel more intimate. We all lead the services. My group does it in Buenas Aires which is like a 10 min walk away from the church. We had done a few services at that location and everytime I would try to say something sweet about God but I would stumble over my words. It was super frustrating since I am supposed to be sharing Gods word with these people.
So I decided that for the next cell group that I would spend a lot of time with God and prepare something to share with our people. On Friday night we arrived at the spot and we sang songs in spanish and english and we prayed for the people (and for me talking!) and then I spoke. I talked about Romans 5:12=21 about how sin came into the world through one man and that how Jesus Christ was the one man to give the free gift of salvation. It was amazing because the translator did not have trouble understanding me and he even added some on himself! At the end one of my teammates asked if anyone wanted to accept Christ and two MEN raised their hands! Then the church members prayed with him and we hung out a little longer.
I asked God a few days before this to see someone come to know Him, so to see God work in those mens lives was phenomenal!
