And here it is: the blog where I ask for money.

WAIT!! DON’T EXIT OUT YET!

Here’s the deal. In order to finish the race and secure my
ticket home at the end of 11 months, I need just over 900 more dollars.

I really, really hate asking for money.  And my monthly support has been
phenomenal. I know that I can get to that final point with them, but the Lord
is asking me to take a leap of faith and actually ask my readers to help me
out.

I know you are
probably wondering why I would want to ask for money even when I have people
who are going to give it to me anyways.
I’m not crazy, I promise.

I want to give my
monthly supporters a break.
They have donated over $10,000 in my support
raising. >>dang that’s a lot of
cash
.<< I can’t believe people out there actually believe in me
enough to put that money towards my race. LOVE YOUUUU!!! (you know who you
are…).

Annnnnd I’ m not asking for one person to give all $900. I’m
asking for just $10.

That’s right Ladies and Gentlemen, just ten dollars will get this lovely
lady around the world and back in one piece.

But as you maybe have read in my last blogs, I’m learning
that life is NOT just about me. (wa waaa).

Yes, the money goes towards my travel and $9 a day budget,
which has already been cut back from the original $11 a day budget because of
the price of airline tickets and blah blah blah. But really this is what you
are doing:

YOU are sending
out short-term missionaries. As short-term missionaries, my squad and I are
called to serve the servants.  And
these people we meet, I’m telling you, are SERVANTS. They are dedicating their
whole lives to serve the Lord, whether that’s teaching free English classes in
the jungles of Cambodia, or providing jobs for women who are rescued out of
human trafficking in Thailand, or just preaching encouraging words to neighbors
in the mountains of Nepal.  And man
can they love on people!  And then
we get to go in and love on them. <3 <3 <3

And this is where you
come in again.
You may think that you may never get an opportunity to do
what I’m doing. But you are wrong!! You are THE biggest part of this whole
thing, because without your donations, I have no stories.  This is your race just as much as my
race. These are your stories, these are your contacts, these are the lives that
you are changing.

So what do you say,
help a sister out and donate 10 bucks… Yes? Maybe? … ok I’ll let you think
about it.  <3 from Nepal.
