Vulnerability.
Its raw. Its real. Its the account of who we are or were or the parts that make us feel and the lenses that we've seen through and the things we want to be rescued from, freed from and what we want others to know and accept.
Its literally like getting naked before everyone you know and showing them the scars and the bruises and the battle wounds you have, and the parts and pieces of yourself that make you, you.
This month we're working on Bangla Road, as mentioned previously in my blog posts.
We've been with women who are trapped in chains that hold them back from being a cageless bird. They have soul ties and are on a freak out rotation of the endless cycle of abuse, neglect, and entrapment that leave them battered, hungry for something more and feeling unworthy, unloved and unwanted.
