“It is written: ‘I believed; therefore I have spoken.’ With that same spirit of faith we also believe and therefore speak, because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you in His presence. All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God. Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.” IICorinthians 4:13-16

I have a million things running through my mind right now. In the past month I have traveled to four different countries and have shared a meal with Moldovans, Bulgarians, Romanians, Dutch, Canadians, Norwegians, and Serbians. I have seen with my eyes God’s providence. I have heard with my ears reports of His faithfulness. I have deepened my understanding and knowledge of the history of eastern Europe. I have laughed with these people. Cried with these people. Prayed with these people. Worshiped the Lord with these people. Ate their food. Walked their streets. Breathed their air. Felt their oppression. Basked in their deliverance.

And now it’s time to leave. Time to transition…yet again. As the Lord cultivates in my heart His purpose for positioning me in eastern Europe for such a time as this, I will write about it. For now, I set my eyes on His Kingdom purposes while placing my feet on African soil. I expect great things. He promised to give me every place I set my foot. I claim Africa. In Jesus’ name.

Thank you for your prayers. Thank you for your words of encouragement. Thank you for your friendship.
