Hey folks.

Per usual, I’m almost three months behind updating you all on what’s been happening on the race. In fact, I’m about to update you on Cambodia, which is in southeast Asia, while sitting in a coffee shop in Zimbabwe, which is in Africa. Clearly I need some work on not procrastinating…

Cambodia was one of my favorite months. The Lord taught me so much about grace, about his love, and about living a life full of joy like a child. Cambodia followed my hardest month in Vietnam, a month where the Lord broke me in a bunch of different painful but really incredible ways.

In Cambodia, I experienced the love of the Father through discipline, abandonment, listening prayer, and, strangely enough, through spiritual warfare. I experienced the enemy in a way I never have before. He attacked and did so without relenting. Yet the Father met me there and loved me there. If you care to hear more about that in detail, please email me at [email protected]. It’s probably one of the most incredible places in which I’ve seen the Lord working in my heart.

For the month, we were working at a ministry called BCI (Bible Church International) School. We taught students English and other academic classes on a daily basis while also serving the church that meets at the school. The kids there brought so much life to me and my team. If there is one ministry that I could see myself returning to in the future, it might well be BCI.

The stories from month 6 in Cambodia are endless and I’d love to share them all with you, but in typical “me” fashion, I went ahead and captured it with video yet again. You shouldn’t be surprised at this point. I like pictures more than words. Enjoy the following video!
