Today I find myself a little tired, a little drained mainly physically and I know that the enemy wants for me to be drained spiritually by continuing to send me and my family battles. See this morning, my little sister Brenda is waking up in a hospital once again. But the beautiful thing about this, is that in the middle of this storm GOD IS GOOD! Brenda is faithful to God still and is just such a precious child of God and she’s in good spirits even in the middle of being there once again.
We all know that my sister Brenda has a calling from God, and the enemy wants to take that away. But when God calls one of His children to worship Him, to follow Him, no one can take that away from her, not even the enemy. And we know that regardless of the situations, God is always with us and situations like these, help us grow closer and stronger in God’s hands. Romans 8:28 says ” And we know that in all things God works for the good for those who love him, who has been called according to his purpuse.” Things may not look great right now, but what I thank the Lord about is that He has a plan for my sister and for our lives and we just have to continue to stay faithful to Him no matter what. Praise Him in the storm, whether He give or takes away, blessed be His name.
This past weekend we went to a youth camp and it was such a blessing. Many lives were changed, many youth gave their lives to God and many had encouters with the Holy Spirit, it was just amazing. And one more time, we saw the hand of God working in our lives, specially on my sister Brenda. On Saturday morning, one young man happen to have a seizure, and many people were gathering around him and didn’t know what to do, or how to help him. And when Brenda noticed what was happening, she quickly came and helped him as she’s been helped before. I thank God because she was there because she knew how to help him until the paramedics came. Once paramedics got to the camp they took him to the hospital. His little sisters had to stay, and were crying, and were scared for him. Brenda and I embraced them and prayed over them since we knew how they were feeling. Once we started praying and asking the Holy Spirit for His peace over their lives, the whole atmosphere changed, a beautiful and peaceful breeze was felt and calmness came into their lives. It wasn’t just air, it was the Holy Spirit bringing calmness in the middle of the storm. It was something so beautiful!
God had a plan for us to be there at that camp, God had a plan for Brenda to be there at that exact moment when these things were happening. God has a plan for my sister’s life and it was so visible how God wants her in His hands to be His hands and feet here on earth showing His love to other. What she is going through is not fun, is not nice, but God is the one that has everything under control and has even used this hurt and pain to make her stronger and to be there for others whenever it has been needed, for her to really feel the hurt of others and show them God’s love. Brenda will be healed in the name of Jesus and she will continue to serve the Lord and continue to seek His great plan for her. And God willing you and I will be able to whitness that as time goe by, God will show it to her and I can’t wait to see it soon!! God is good!
With God we are more than conquerors!! “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depht, nor anything else in all creationg, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” Romans 8: 35-39
God is good all the time! And even in the middle of this craziness, He continues to show us His love, show me His love through all of the prayers and support that I continue to receive.

When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and cloth you?
