Orders are in…

Needless to say organizing 80 people to go in several different directions can take some time.
After much prayer, deliberation, and decision all 80 of us have been given a plan for the next several weeks.

My team, Daughters of Zion, commonly known as D.O.Z. will be headed to Refilwe, South Africa.
We will be joined by two of our June World Race teams and one January World Race team. Michelle McBeath’s team, Agapetos, is the January team that will be with us.
It will be great to spend another five or so weeks with her and the rest of Agapetos.

While in Refilwe we will be putting on children’s camps for the local kids alongside long-term missionaries, the Kinsley family.
They think at least 150 kids between the ages of 5 to 13 will be at each camp.
The plan is to leave Swaziland on Wednesday or Thursday to drive several hours to Refilwe where we will have a week of preparation followed by a week of camp there.
After that we will return to Alabanza for two more weeks of camp (the missionary base we stayed at when we arrived in South Africa).
Plans around here are always tentative, so depending on the need and what the Lord tells us to do some of us may stay in Refilwe to do some more camps there while the others go on to Alabanza.

It is exciting to have some direction as to what exactly we will be doing at this point.
The rumor or tentative plan is to go to Botswana rather than Mozambique after our South African ministry and debrief back in Swaziland with all 80 World Racers.

We ask you to pray that…

-We would have boldness to use the gifts the Lord has given us.

-God would give us hearts of compassion to minister to these kids.

-These kids would be excited about knowing Jesus!

-The Lord would bring understanding of His Word to activate their child-like faith.

-Our team would be unified in prayer and ministry.
