Throughout this whole World Race thing and everything else in life my parents have been there for every step of the way. Its as hard for us racers and it is for the Parents. It is not just our journey but it is there journey also. So I thought it would be a great idea to get the racer parent perspective and interview them. Please enjoy the video interview I had with my parents and get to see from a parents perspective their feelings, hearts and minds behind this whole process. If you are a future racer or racer parent, I pray and hope that this helps! I wanted to make a reference video to show HONESTLY how one set of parents are handling all of this and that you are not alone. They were also not 100% about doing this video but they love me enough to do it and I’m very proud of their courage, vulnerability and honesty in this video.
