When I was in Albania, they had two things on the menus that said Kacao and Chocolat. They both sound like hot chocolate to me. When we asked several baristas at different bar cafe what the difference was, they always responded, "Kacao is kacao. Chocolat is chocolat." Thanks.
Kara decided to be brave and try the chocolat. To our surprise and delight, chocolat is a drinking chocolat. It's like warm chocolate pudding in a cup.
I was also delighted that it's here in Serbia too. I even found packets to make it at home. More importantly, I know how to make it!
All you need to do is make your own favorite stovetop hot chocolate. Add 1 teaspoon of flour or cornstarch.
